TKM Home & Properties is a real estate solutions company located in O'ahu, HI that specializes in buying and selling homes. Tito and Katrina Malae have been married for 25 years and are now living out a vision spoken over them by a dear friend and pastor, that one day they would own properties and use them to glorify God. At the time, they had no idea how it would happen, but they held onto those words, believed, and did their part. Today, by God’s grace, they are real estate investors in Hawaii and on the mainland, using this platform to bless others. They believe homeownership is possible for every family, even those who feel renting is their only option. Our company buys, sells, and rents homes. We will not be acting as your real estate agent or broker if we buy your house, sell you a house, or rent a home to you.
